The Initiation
I work with people at a turning point in their life.
There is a particular kind of person who finds their way to this work.
You have real skills and genuine depth and are already being of service; healing, creating, guiding, building. You have done the inner work, the courses, the retreats, the training.
And still. Something feels missing.
The abundance isn't matching the quality of what you offer. The work you’re doing in the world doesn't yet reflect who you actually are. Or you are mid-transformation, navigating a crossing that most people navigate entirely alone, without a guide who understands what is happening at every level and dimension.

The Initiation is a six-month mentorship container. Intimate by design, a maximum of eight people.
It combines the depth of private one-to-one work with the power of a curated group, creating profound transformation. The private sessions go to the deep places where lasting change is created. The group calls create a field of people who genuinely understand one another and are navigating their own version of the same crossing. This often becomes one of the most nourishing parts of the entire experience.
Many of the people drawn to this work name the same quiet ache: the difficulty in finding community with people who are truly on the same path. Not people who are spiritually curious in a surface way. People who have gone, or are going, to the deeper levels of true authenticity and want to share that with the world. That is what this group becomes.
It is built on a single understanding: that real transformation requires being held at every level simultaneously. The healing. The energy. The strategy. The design of your life and your work. An end to end process, because that is what your soul desires and what is needed in order for you to truly step onto your path of brilliance.
What this is
The healing, the energetic clearing, the ancestral and multidimensional patterns holding you back, worked at the root level. Not managed. Alchemised.
This is not surface-level coaching or talk therapy. It is direct work across the dimensions where the real architecture of your experience lives. Soul contracts, ancestral lineage, limiting beliefs, childhood imprinting, and the quantum and multidimensional layers that most modalities simply do not reach. Malina channels your higher consciousness directly, feeling what is actually moving beneath what you present and working with it precisely.

The work in this container is designed to move that ceiling, expanding your capacity to hold more, read more, and work at the levels where lasting transformation actually happens. These skills cannot be learned from a manual. They are transmitted field to field, through someone who has spent years developing them across global shamanic apprenticeships, direct lineage training, and thousands of hours of client work.
You will become the guide you have been looking for.

This container is not for those at the very beginning of their inner work, nor for those looking for a formula or a guaranteed outcome. It requires genuine commitment, to the work, to yourself, and to the full six months.

Monthly Private Session — 90 minutes
The core of the container. Each session is built around the key theme and intention you are holding that month, and what is alive in your field and soul in that moment. These sessions are profoundly powerful precisely. I read what is present, work with what is actually moving, and meet you exactly where you are.
Monthly Group Call — 90 minutes
All community members together. A transmission or teaching, followed by shared exploration and group coaching. The group field amplifies what individual sessions begin. You will find unexpected mirrors in the people around you.
The Structure
Between-Session Voice Note Support
A lifeline for the moments that matter, when something is moving and you need a response from someone who understands the full landscape of where you are. Responded to within 48 hours.
Higher Consciousness Reading
A full reading at the start of the container, specific to your calling, your gifts, and your work. With astrology and human design weaved in. This becomes your compass for the six months. The map of your unique energetic architecture and how to build from it.
